Production & Shipping Overview

All orders are processed and produced as part of the same workflow. Processing time is included within the production time, meaning there are no additional handling delays before manufacturing begins.

Custom-Made Car Mats

All WhipMats car mats are made-to-order based on your vehicle specifications.

  • Production (Processing Included): 3–5 business days
  • Shipping Time: 6–15 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–20 business days

Each order is manufactured after purchase and shipped directly from our production partners.

Non-Custom Products (Accessories)

Items such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and other accessories are not custom-made.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 6–10 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Working Days

All delivery timelines are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

For example, if an order is placed on a Friday, production will typically begin on the following Monday.
